Once again this year, our outdoor "GARDEN POOL" will be open for a special early summer period ahead of the main summer season. Guests staying at the hotel are welcome to use the pool free of charge. Enjoy a relaxing retreat in this urban oasis during the season of vibrant greenery. Special Opening Period May 9 (Fri) – July 8 (Tue.), 2025 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM / 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Last admission: 3:30 PM) Please note that during this period, only drinks will be available at the poolside. Drink service will not be available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Regular summer season operations are scheduled to begin on July 11 (Fri). Further details will be announced as soon as they are determined.

This summer, hotel guests can enjoy complimentary access to our GARDEN POOL! Immerse yourself in an elevated poolside experience surrounded by the lush greenery of our Japanese garden — an urban oasis in the heart of the city. Please note: A separate charge applies during the Obon period (August 9–11). Hotel Guests: ¥10,000 per adult / ¥3,000 per child (ages 4–12). [Operating Period] July 11 (Fri) – September 7 (Sun), 2025 Day & Night Pool 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Last admission: 9:30 PM) On Mondays (excluding July 21 and August 11): 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Last admission: 5:30 PM) On days with Midnight Pool service: closes at 9:00 PM (Last admission: 8:30 PM) Midnight Pool 9:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Last admission: 11:00 PM) Available on Fridays in August, and on Saturday, August 9 & Sunday, August 10 only. Midnight Pool is limited to guests aged 18 and over.

Notice of Temporary Closure for Regular Maintenance Due to scheduled maintenance, Golden Spa New Otani will be temporarily closed during the following period: Dates: Monday, August 4 to Tuesday, August 5, 2025 Please note that the restaurant and Fortuna will also be closed during this period. The swimming pool will be unavailable from Sunday, August 3 to Tuesday, August 5, 2025, ahead of the general closure. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding.
